About Odris

Built by service business owners.
For service business owners.

We’ve lived the frustration of being too small to afford the software bigger companies take for granted. Odris is what we built to close that gap.

Why Odris exists

There isn’t one neat answer. The honest one is personal.

We’ve been on the other side of this. Running service businesses ourselves, watching customers slip away because we couldn’t get to them in time, doing operational work by hand because the software that would have helped was priced for companies a hundred times our size.

The frustration wasn’t that the work wasn’t there. It was that we couldn’t access the tools that would let us actually win it. Lost income, leaked leads, day-to-day operational drag, all of it because we were the wrong size for the software market.

That gap, between what small businesses can access and what large companies take for granted, is the reason Odris exists. We’re closing it for the businesses we used to be.

The team

Two brothers. Tech-obsessed since we were kids.

We’ve spent most of our lives building, breaking, and rebuilding things with computers. Odris is what happens when that obsession meets two decades of running things in the real world.

Thirteen years deep in tech, and quietly building a growing property portfolio on the side. Vishal has lived the small business owner reality, juggling enquiries, follow-ups, and operations while every one of them competes for the same hour of the day.

That lived experience is what shapes the way Odris is built. The things he didn’t have when he needed them are the things we now build for other people.

Rohit started on the service desk. A decade later he was running large-scale technical operations across financial services and enterprise environments. He’s seen what good operational standards look like at the very top end of the market.

His view is simple: smaller businesses deserve the same standard, not a watered-down version of it. That’s the bar he holds Odris to.

Where this goes

Every UK service business with access to the same operational standard the big firms take for granted.

Software was supposed to level the playing field. For most small businesses it hasn’t. The good tools are priced out of reach. The affordable ones aren’t built for how a small business actually runs.

In five years we want Odris to be the reason that’s no longer true. The team a UK service business calls when they’re ready to stop losing income to tools they thought they couldn’t yet afford.

What drives us

Lived experience. And a lifelong obsession with how things work.

01

We’ve felt the same struggle

We’re not solving a problem we read about in a report. We’ve owned and run service businesses. We know what it costs when the right tool wasn’t an option for a company our size.

02

Tech, the long way round

We’ve been hands-on with technology since we were kids. Pulling things apart, putting them back together, getting things to talk to each other. It’s not a marketing line. It’s where this whole company comes from.

03

Two brothers, one company, on purpose

No investor pressure. No roadmap dictated by funding rounds. No team layer between you and us. The two of us are the company. That’s the point, not a limitation.
