What happens in a session?

We spend an hour going through how your business actually operates day to day. We ask about the tasks that take the most time, where things get dropped, and where you feel like you are working harder than you should be. From that, we identify the two or three areas where AI could make the biggest difference and explain exactly what that would look like in practice.

You leave with a written summary and a prioritised action plan. No jargon, no slide decks, no generic recommendations.

Is it in person or on Zoom?

Both. We are based in East London and cover the full M25 corridor for in-person sessions. If you are further afield or prefer not to travel, Zoom works just as well for the session itself.

We are believers in meeting people face to face when it makes sense. If you are local, we will suggest it. If not, we will make Zoom work properly.

Do I have to buy anything after the session?

No. The session is standalone. Some businesses use it to get a clear picture and then build things themselves. Others book a second session to go deeper. Some go on to work with us. All of those outcomes are fine.

We will only recommend our other services if they genuinely fit. If something else is a better fit for your situation, we will tell you that.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

UK service businesses, typically 3 to 50 staff. Estate agents, trades, mortgage brokers, clinics, consultancies, any business where the owner is still doing a lot of the operations manually and has too much sitting in their head or in spreadsheets.

If you are already running a tight AI setup and want advanced advice, we can do that too. But most businesses we work with are at the start of the journey, and that is where we do our best work.

What does it cost?

Sessions are £99 per hour. We recommend starting with one hour. It is enough time to map your biggest opportunities clearly, without overloading you with information or spending time on areas that turn out not to be relevant. If you want to go deeper, or come back after making some changes, you can book additional sessions at the same rate. No retainer, no commitment.

How fast does it really respond?

Under 8 seconds from the moment a lead submits, that's our median. The system operates 24/7, so a 3am submission on a Sunday gets the same response as a 9am Monday morning. There's no queue, no delay, no "we'll get back to you."

What channels does Speed to Lead reply on?

Customer-facing: the lead gets a personalised SMS and email back in under 8 seconds.

Business owner-facing: you get an instant alert by WhatsApp, email, and into your Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, so whoever is closest to the lead can take it from there.

Your CRM is updated in parallel with the lead details, score, and qualification notes. We integrate with whatever you already use; HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, GoHighLevel and others are all supported.

What you’ll need: your own Anthropic (Claude) and Twilio accounts. We help you set both up during onboarding. Together they typically cost about £20-£60/month depending on lead volume, billed directly to you so the spend stays predictable.

Do I need my own accounts?

Yes. We operate a BYOA (bring your own accounts) model. You'll need accounts with Anthropic (the AI that writes the replies), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp delivery), and an SMTP email provider.

This keeps your costs predictable and your data yours. We help you set everything up during onboarding. It's not as complicated as it sounds.

How long does setup take?

Usually 1 to 2 business days from the moment we have your config and credentials. We handle the full build. You don't touch n8n or any of the underlying tools. By the end of day two, your first live lead gets an 8-second reply.

What does it cost?

Speed to Lead is £199/mo plus a one-time £500 setup fee. No long-term contract. Runs on your own Twilio and Anthropic accounts. Book a call and we'll walk through exactly what's included.

Can it handle multiple lead sources?

Yes. Any form submission, CRM webhook, or inbound channel can feed into the system. Most businesses we work with have 2 or 3 lead sources running into the same pipeline at once: their website contact form, Facebook or Google Lead Ads, and manual entries from their CRM.

Each source still gets the same 8 second reply, the same scoring, and the same alert into your inbox, WhatsApp, Slack, or Teams. You don’t end up with leads sitting in different places.

Are the replies actually personalised, or just templates?

Genuinely personalised. The AI reads what the lead actually wrote and references it in the reply. If someone says they're a first-time buyer in West London looking to move within 6 weeks, the reply mentions that. It's not "thanks for your enquiry, someone will be in touch."

Document Processing
What kinds of documents can it handle?

Anything structured, whether it arrives as a PDF, a scan, or a photo taken on your phone. Invoices, purchase orders, and receipts are ready to deploy from day one. The system is config-driven, so any document type with consistent fields (delivery notes, contracts, remittance advice, credit notes) can be added by updating the schema. No need to rebuild the pipeline for each new format.

How does it actually work?

You email the document to a dedicated inbox. A PDF, a scan, or a photo of a paper invoice or receipt all work, with AI vision reading the images. The pipeline runs a two-stage process. First, it classifies the document and decides whether to route it for automatic extraction or flag it for review. Then it extracts every field from the schema, validates the output, and writes a structured record to your destination.

A clean document takes seconds. Nothing is written to your records unless the data has passed validation.

What happens if a document is unclear or has missing fields?

Documents that cannot be extracted cleanly are flagged for human review rather than silently dropped or written incorrectly. You get an alert with a specific reason: missing field, mismatched total, unrecognised supplier. That gives whoever reviews it enough context to act without re-reading the document from scratch.

Where does the output go?

Wherever your business already stores data. We configure the output destination as part of setup. Airtable, Google Sheets, Xero, and QuickBooks are common starting points. If you use another CRM or ERP with an API, we can write to that instead.

What does it cost?

£349 a month, with no setup fee. That includes up to 300 documents a month, then 50p per document after that. You run it on your own accounts, so there are no software licences on top.

If you have enquiries coming in and a team that can’t always reply to them quickly enough, we can help. We’ve built for sole traders, single-branch local businesses, and multi-office SMBs alike. Sectors we’ve worked across include estate and lettings agents, mortgage brokers, local trades (plumbers, electricians, builders, HVAC), beauty and wellness, fitness studios, cleaning companies, and professional services.

As a rough guide, if you’re getting 10 or more enquiries a month and not following up on every one inside an hour, there’s revenue being left on the table that we can help recover.

How do I get started?
